“HOW TO MAKE LOTEK”

Materials :

150 grams tomato, cut into 2 lengthwise, seeded and thiny sliced
150 grams spinach, boiled, drained  
     2 teaspoons of tamarind water
     3 pieces (300 g) know white size 6 x 6 cm, fried, diced 1 1/2 cm   
     8 kaffir lime leaves, finely sliced
     125 grams of green beans, cut into 2 cm, boiled, drained            
     150 grams of bean sprouts, remove roots, pour hot water, drained
     150 grams of cabbage, discard the bones leaves, sliced​​, boiled, drained
     150 grams of tempeh/ tofu/ bakwan, fried, diced 1 1/2 cm
     150 grams of cucumber, cut into 4 lengthwise, seeded and thinly sliced   
    



Seasonings (crush it) :

    
1 cm Galangal
     1 1/2 teaspoon salt
     1 tablespoon tamarind water
     2 cloves garlic
     3 pieces of red chili (optional)
     100 grams of brown sugar, crushed
     200 grams of peanuts, fried



Complement:

     Bakwan fried, cut into piece
     chips





Steps:

First u can boiled the all vegetables (green bean, bean sproute , cabbage, spinach)





                                                                     


    
Thenn add grind the salt, galangal, chilli, brown sugar, kafir lime leave and garlic.
After that  mixed water of tamarind. Grind it.



Cut the fried cucumber, fried tofu/ tempeh/ bakwan and fried soybean cake.
Add the vegetable.


Mix it all together with the peanut sauce.


Put and wrap the lotek in a plate with chips.
